friday jan 25th
ok, so last night I had some chicken with chili sauce, like the verde one and some corn...then ate a few corn crackers..umm, a few bites of ceral..you know me and cereal..I was gonna make some oatmeal, wait I made the oatmeal, but I waited to eat the majority of it today..(go me) but there was some candy that I partook in..today, it was well oatmeal, dried fruit (about 5 pieces, some of the BF SF hot coco, with LF whip...it's rainy....and then I have either salad...but it's cold, or some cereal for lunch...feeling a little bummed and melancholy today but will resist the food...idea is to go to gym tomorrow AM..there is also a 5.30pm spin to take tonight..but well, who knows..
go to the spin class! I'll be with you in spirit :)
