So I was good and didn't eat last night or wake up, etc...then for food ate:
ww bagel 2
egg whites 1
coffee with 1 cup of milk 2
latte 3
peppermint 1
jamba juice 3
salad with beans, corn, chicken, avo 6
dressing 4
turkey 1
so I got 3 pts left, I will have some tea, and a 3 pt dessert and stick with it..oh ya, I weighed in and LOST 2.5 LBS, HOLLA!

ReplyDeleteopps, I forgot about the part of Alyssa's grilled cheese that I had...well I have no points left, but I do have about 25 bonus from this week..but I think I am just going to toss the to the curb
