Back On Track on Monday
Monday I got back on track and stayed within my 26 point range. And even took another walk/talk with Dawn at lunch. Today, Tuesday, I have done good so far. Didn't get to take a walk at lunch, but plan on taking one this evening. I did move around a lot at work as I was moving to another space. Lots of walking back and forth and moving around file cabinets, files, and stuff. Hope this all counts as I was pretty exhausted from it. Or maybe it just means I am really out of shape. Anyway, I will going to a WW meeting tonight and will weigh in. I hope I have lost a few more pounds, but I'm not hopeful because of my splurging on Sunday.
