weekend

Not so good this weekend...

Saturday : I did not eat until like 4 pm and I was famished - had Indian food - one samosa and a vegetarian wrap. Then at about 7:30 I had a too big portion of pasta with sauce, small piece of bread with butter and 3 glasses of red wine. And then I got home (11pm) and I was still hungry from getting such a late start and had a hand full of cinnamon sugar pita chips and a lot of red grapes.

Sunday: breakfast- yogurt with 1 tbs. jam, almond slivers and 1/3 cup cereal. For lunch I made little roll ups of cheese and turkey and had an orange. Dinner was 2 slices of vegetable pizza and tea.

So, the food choices were not horrible but my timing was. It left me feeling fatigued and with that I got no exercise :(

  1. I like your yogurt/jam/almond/cereal combination. Sounds yummy!

  2. yeah, I agree with ALyssa, sounds good. I will try that, TJ's has a NF greek yogurt for like 13 g of protien and only 80 calories, but is a little tart...so the jam should help...CAitlin, don't beat yourself up over Saturday, is eating late common, or just Sat??
