So Saturday went pretty good. I was on the go all day so didn't think about eating to much and tried to make good choices. Sunday was a a bust though. I hosted a brunch and even thought I planned the menu, the food was not WW friendly. I really did not eat too much as I was busy hosting and cooking, but unfortunetly I'm sure the drinks did me in as far as points. I don't even want to try and figure out what my points were for the day. I'm just assuming I went into my extra 35 quite a bit.
Today I plan to get back on track.
Well, at least you only had one bust day, and just get back on track today...I am not sure how well the walk will work for me, but I am trying to sch. myself accordingly...give me a call either way.
