Nicole's Monday
Let's see.. for breakfast I had coffee and a bowl of cereal. Then I went for my walk, which again I had to go further because I hadn't hit an hour yet! For lunch I had some pasta and a turkey burger that we grilled last night with only half the bun... which is great for me cuz I love bread in all shapes and sizes. At work I snacked on some trail mix and for dinner I had a scoop of mashed potatoes, 3 of those chicken meat patties (they are small... around the size of an egg), and a whole lot of broccoli. I've also had 48 oz of water today which is good for me. I notice that my fruit and veggie count for the day isn't very high so I think I'll have an apple for dessert. :-)
you sound like your doing great on your food choices and exercise keep it up. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
