worked out at gym all gnarly for over an hour.
so I am on top of it, ate the LF milk and ceral in mid of night, but at least it wasn't 10 pts, so yeah, I am kinda crabby today, but can make this happen...girls, where you all at??
so have had 30.5 pts for todY, but definately did at least 5 activity points, but either way I will take 5 pts from bonus, which will put me at 30, wait, I am gonna have a sweet before I go to bed, so will use some activity points...ya...
You can make it happen. You're doing so well with the not eating at night - or at least eating better stuff.
