B- cereal, coffee L- two slices of steak, broccoli, fruit salad, water S- trail mix, a couple triscuts D- two strips of chicken w/ that yummy gouda gravy, half a backed potato, salad, water Ds- more fruit E- 57 mins 6,733 steps
so explain this gouda gravey to me...
