going to go to gym, run 30 and then also paddle for about an hour...
went to lunch with collegue, had some sushi, but just the raw stuff, with maybe 1/4 a cup of rice, the salad, which was pinner and too white and some chicken, which was not too awesome. boo on bad food at restaurants, but I wasn't too bad, only problem was after I ate wanted sweet, walked into bakery, then left! ya dawn..and went to gym, ran for 20, stairmaster for 10, then went rowing...
