so apparently when my schedule changes (spring break), everything I do regularly disappears from my brain, such as blogging.
anyway, I've been okay this week, I think. Not eating too much while at home, haven't had many desserts or drinks. Went for a 1 hour walk today.
I went to get my dress altered, and it was an entire size to big!! woo hoo! when I bought it (a year ago) it fit perfectly. So, although that was awesome, it meant I had to go back to David's Bridal and exchange it for a smaller size - and even that one is a tiny bit loose! - luckily they were cool about it. So now I'm trying to figure out how to tone up my arms and back without getting smaller so that the alterations aren't messed up - is that possible?
yes, definately possible. you should get some arm weights and do a video every day since your not going to the gym. your arms would tone nice and quick :)
