let see, so I woke up, and ate 10 pts in ceral and pb...yah dawn..good way to sabatogue....ok, really I am gonna ask jonny to lock me in my room at night

went to rubios, at the inside of 2 tacos, one was health mix, they were both supposed to be but cheese, cream and guac ended up in the other with chips (had about 5) and beans (had like 2 tb) so I give that whol thing 7

that puts me at 25...crap.. that's my points for the day...so I am going to go and work out, worked out both Monday (walked) Sunday (at gym) and tomorrow planning lots of walks in this nice weather...
so I will eat a boca burger and some veggies for dinner..and that will put me over by like 2 pts, but that's OK...I can do this...
ok, so I ended up eating 1/2 a bag of popcorn 2, and rest of my smoothie frm last night 2, and then egg and toast, 3 and then hot coco, 2, so my points were off, but I stopped, and needed that amount, and i worked out over an hour...I feel OK, when I eat a little over, it's when I can't stop that I get mad. ya know what I mean?

thanks alyssa, this positive encouragement does me well. I actually stayed out of the kitchen last night. ya! I figured out a way to lock myself in my room...should be good...
