so I stayed with my plan yesterday which felt great. only thing is I woke up and had a 1 pt muffin, which aint too bad..and didn't go to gym, just walked some hills..today going to gym (spin class 60 minutos!)
so
kefir and coffee with nigh snacks puts me at 4
chile and bread 4
had some sushi, salad and 2 drinks, I think I stayed in my points...ya!
