Had to get up at 5:00 and totally forgot to weigh in... try again tomorrow.
B- coffee, apple S- pb&j on a bagel L- left over pork and potatoes S- some pretzles, pistachios and 5 chips D- tilapia, cous cous, edemame E- 45 min 4,844
