L: chicken sope, chips/salsa, rice and beans (stopped when I was full! - this has not been easy for me lately)
S: fruit salad, yogurt
S: soy latte
S: baked jalapeƱo cheese crunchies (was offered these by a friend and could not say no; nasty and good at the same time - wont have them again though)
D: salad, lasagna, wine
Ds: Popsicle (and berries if I am feeling snacky)
early lunch today, so no bf.
1 hour fast walk (thanks Dawn!!) and sit ups.
