Oi vey! What is it about the weekend that completely crushes my motivation and energy during the week? I haven't been drinking, so it can't be that. I slept in. I made meals at home. But I can't get myself to move! I failed to go to the gym both Saturday and Sunday. I have a costumer's meeting tonight, so I most likely won't make it. I do good for a week, then fail the next 3. What is it that makes me fall off the wagon?
I am, of course, assuming the next two weeks will be a fail. So, what can I do to pick my motivation back up?
I want my mommy :(
