Sorry I've been MIA for a while! I have actually been quite "on the wagon" for the past few weeks, but just very, very busy. I am down 9.2 pounds since the beginning of June -- woo hoo! May was pretty much steady, but then again I wasn't focused on any sort of plan or program, just trying to eat less and eat healthy. Apparently I have not really been aware of that "serving size" thing. Now I'm on track with my program and am feeling good :) STILL have not started exercising, but I will change that soon. Matt is doing evening workouts at the house, so I have no excuse not to. I've been making dinner while he does his workout, though, which is an easy "excuse" for me :P
And, Alyssa, could you possibly be busier even though schools out because you are planning a wedding that happens in 8 days?? Can't wait!!
