Monday
I haven't been great lately, but I don't think I've been horrible. (have I, Dawn?) I went on a 2 hour hike this weekend, and am feeling more motivated to keep up the exercise, especially starting next week when I'm not working (woo hoo!)

Why are we here?
We need some outside motivation in order to get moving and get in shape. We will record daily what we eat and what we do to be active, and we will have a weekly weigh-in (yikes!).
