tues

Having no structure in my days is feeling dangerous - I need to get my self together. I have not been doing all the dedicated exercises and activities that I thought I would be jumping on with all this free time, I am stressing more than I am having fun - no way to enjoy time off. I need a kick in the ass. So it is a good time for me to get my self in gear, to find my inner motivation.

B: almonds, NF plain yogurt, jam; chi tea
S: blueberries
L: 2 small burritos (equivalent to 2 tacos)
D: ?? might go out for drinks...
D: have soup, veggies, and lasagna ready

did my yoga for 30 min and weights

I plan on going for a walk tomorrow and just putting one foot in front of the other... I feel like simply sitting on my ass, which is pathetic given the great weather out there.

you do have to let yourself decompress and enjoy a bit of down time... that is just as important as working out. Try writing it in your daybook or something, making it a part of your new daily schedule.

it's cool my friend. I am watching judge judy and ate 3 donuts yesterday...aint't that great??? maybe we should call eachother and keep eachother exercise accountable ??
