So, I'm here if anyone wants to do this thing still! I know Rosie has been thinking about it, so if anyone wants to work to keep each other accountable, let me know :)
So far today I've had a trim peanut protein bar, a banana, and a cherry XS energy drink. Here's the plan for the rest of the day:
L: Eggplant/turkey/rice casserole (homemade, about 150 cals for a huge serving) with LF feta, roasted cauliflower.
S: 2 LF string cheese, 1 nectarine
D: Probably more casserole and a big salad, glass of white wine (5-6 oz.)
Dessert: 1/2 serve Mango sorbet (75 cals) OR 1 square either truffle chocolate (80 cals) or coconut white chocolate (60 cals), plus probably another nectarine
I've started using SparkPeople.com to track my food. It is cool because I can create "food groupings" which is like a recipe thing, and it will give me the breakdown of what the nutritional value is. Also I'm tracking my calories, water drinking, and [current lack of] exercise.
