No exercise for me today, but Mark and I went to REI and Ikea, so I walked a lot. I know, that's pathetic.
Breakfast: nothing (woke up late and went straight to lunch)
Lunch: half roastbeef sandwich and salad (cranberries, walnuts, gorgonzola), NF vanilla latte
Dinner: chevy's - mark and I split a dish, so I had a few bites of a taco, half of a chicken enchilada, half of a beef enchilada, and half a coconut-pineapple margarita
Dessert: nothing yet, but I'll probably have a piece of chocolate

Don't discount the walking!
Tip: when walking keep good posture and pull your bellybutton in towards your spine in order to engage your core muscles.
