vodka 16 (not sure, I drank too much ....but now that I am not eating as much I get wasted fast)
walked 30 minutes

turkey jerky 1
soup 4
popcorn 4

so I didn't do the gym or walk cause I stayed out too late last night (see vodka) but stayed on points, didn't eat at night and I can do this..so can you all..
