Dawn is crazy!
OK, so I have been thinking, why don't ppl just post when they want, and about what they want..it does not have to be exactly what they eat, cause that obviously made some people crazy...I love you all..xoxox
You should definitely food journal here if that works for you!
In response to your other question about eating when you aren't hungry or don't want to be eating, though, that is the BIG question for me about food, to. That's why nighttime eating is one of my challenges. I am home where the food is! I am finding for me that not having certain foods in the house really helps. I'm still working on this, though, and I think it would be a good discussion point for the blog. If you remember to post this, please do. Otherwise, I'll try to remember to put something together.

Why are we here?
We need some outside motivation in order to get moving and get in shape. We will record daily what we eat and what we do to be active, and we will have a weekly weigh-in (yikes!).
