Bleh, weekend food.

Not a great weekend for food. Any weekend that involves pizza, taco bell (twice) and wine is going to mean a "bleh" Monday. At least for me. My digestive track is not happy with the poor choices I made this weekend. Better choices started this morning. The sushi on Friday turned out delicious, by the way :)

Plan for today:

Bfast: strawberry Trim Advantage bar, green tea XS
Lunch: Chicken cesar with 1/2 dressing
Snack: Banana and peanut butter pretzel bar
Dinner: 1/2 garlic chicken skillet and salad
Snack: pink grapefruit

oh, girl, I had way too much pizza this weekend too...wth???? by the way, glad to see you posted, I was gonna send you a stalking/email/reminder :)

i'm having pizza now :(
thanks for the bars, I'm gonna try them tomorrow for a work snack.
have you noticed since starting this health journey that "bad" foods don't taste as good, or they make you feel ickier than before?
