exercise

So, my boyfriend and I went to the gym 3 times in the past week, and there was a noticeable difference in my metabolism, I lost 3 pounds, and I feel a little better.

I think this is just what my body needs! I need to find a way to curb the ravenous hunger that follows these bouts of exercise.

Friday:
NF caramel latte
salad for lunch
prolly whole wheat pasta for dinner

Not to healthy of a day, but I hope to get back on track
