then somehow I ended up with 3 monster cookies in my hand....only ate about 1/3 of each..so that's good, threw away the rest! ya dawn... 5? or more?? cookies are hard to gauge...

so I just noticed I went way over byt 15 pts...eck...and didn't even realize it..traveling sure does mess you up...so I think I ate all my bonus this week, but stayed in the range...ate lots of veggies, worked out lots earlier in the week...
