Monday and weekend update...

ok, let's see...so..I shoulda posted...

Friday

um, I know I woke up and aint, think it was some pb and a bran muffin...
coffee
fro yo with almonds and some fruit
pizza
1.5 slice of chicken with pinapple, .5 of pesto veggie
salad
and about .5 of dessert pizza..
fiberone bar
think that's it...not too bad..
walked around lots..and played a little frisbee...bowled..sucked at it...

Saturday

good news is I helped on of my bffs move and it was lots of fun and lots of physical activity..

Sunday
went paddling for a long time

1/4 donut..there was soo much food there and i did a great job of resisting...
some salty pretzel. crackers..think that's about it..wasn't too bad...
some 6 pt lasgna, added cottage cheese, and some bocca ground, then a bunch more veggies..so made it 8 pts..it was yummy
tired too early, then wanted to eat, cause I was tired, and couldn't go to sleep...

Monday..
crap woke up way too many times

pb, yes, just ate it out of the jar...
crap...so obviously, I am either sabatogueing cause someone told me I looked like I lost...or freaking out about job stuff...or??
plan for today...go to gym, work out lots..run, weigh in, eat some veggies, do some soul searching so that i stop overeating...oh ya, and I have some work to do...
opps, never got to the gym, gonna go tomorrow for sure..
