I did it!

didn't eat til after 7am! decided to have 1 bite of the pizza...yes I like cold pizza and toss the rest, 10 pts for a slice is a little too high for me..and who knows, it may be even more, hard to measure those things...

plan:

coffee 1

bar 3

ran for 30 minuts, did some arms, legs and stuff...proud of self for going to gym on SAturday.

chicken with veggie bbq salad for lunch 5 at the most...

It seems like your taking it one day at a time. Great job! And you're doing great with all the exercise. How do you feel?

I am proud of myself for doing good on not over eating too often..which is something I am working on. I would like to see more results on weight loss, but that is not going to happen overnight for me. so the journey is good.
