First day... Starting weight: 122 lbs. My goal is to "get in shape" by June. I have a wedding dress to fit in to! I want to lose 10 pounds and get toned. I want to drink more water. I want to be physically active at least 3 days a week.
Today I ate a bagel with cream cheese, a croissant, a cereal bar, and mexican food for dinner (taco, enchilada, rice). I did absolutely nothing that was physically active. Nowhere to go but up (not in weight hopefully)!
