bad me!

so yesterday wasn't too bad. I was stuck at home without a car, so no gym, but I did a few situps. I ate a bowl of healthy heart cereal, an onion bagel with cream cheese, coffee, a rice cake with peanut butter and blueberries, and for dinner we went to Japanese, so I had a few bites of rice, a bowl of miso, some salad, and a couple rolls.

today, not so good. the cafeteria lady brought in a ton of freshly baked goodies, but I wasn't as bad as I could have been. I had a yogurt, low-fat vanilla latte (tall), and an oatmeal bar for breakfast. For snack a chocolate chip cookie and a small coffee cake muffin. I had a chicken/cheese chimichanga for lunch, with an oatmeal raisin cookie. I had two mini candies after work, the bite-size kind. For dinner I had 3 pieces of pizza! Yikes!! I'll get back on track tomorrow.

well everything did sound good...but you gotta get more protein in. and stay away from the lunch lady, there is a reason why there is an adam sandler song about them.
