thursday by dawn...:) spastic as usual :)

let's see, today was interesting, I was at a training where there was unlimited pastries, cookies, etc...oh geez..I ate oatmeal with flax before I went in (2 pt) and had some coffee (1), grabbed a pastry, ate 1/2 and threw lots away..so that was good, for lunch it was like these ginormous turkey sandwich, chips, cookie, etc..I ate 1/4 of bread (which is still about 1 slice..) and all the turkey cut out most of the cheese ate 1/2 cookie, and a few chips, threw rest away, wait, I ate salad and apple later...then there was candy, ate 3 mr. good bars, (the tiny ones, an entire bar is 6 pts, so I counted those guys at 2 cause it's probably less then 1/4 of a bar) and other candies counted as 3, the cookie, crap that was probably 10 (did I mention that I ate the other half??) and then about that amount of the sandwich later, which would then be about, umm, let's see, 6-7, the apple is 2 pt, and ate another 1/2 apple on way to gym which is 1, worked out woo hoo!! then had protien shake 2 pt, movie popcorn, I went for a child..5 pts...ummm, let's see, I know I ate too much today in pts, but I kept thinking about food I could eat and instead decided to stop...so I am done for the night, tomorrow I am going back to training, will eat healthy before get there, resist again, and go rock climbing Friday night, wish me luck Ladies!!

Great job on working out this week!!
Thank you for the food tips - I think the only times I have had open face sandwiches has been when I'm low on bread. No reason to wait now!
