weekly weigh in??
uh-oh, so I think the weight I mentioned may have been a bit off...when are we doing this?? and can it be our first weigh in? so I have set a goal of losing 2 lbs a week between now and July...I am taking this and myself seriously.
That sounds like a good goal! Very doable. Let's make Sundays our weekly weigh-in day.. does that work for you? I don't actually own a scale, so this way I'll have to go to the gym :)
sounds good, I weighed in this AM, which is pretty close to Sunday, as you know we may less in AM..I was at 195 today, but I think (hope) it is actually less cause I was pretty on top of it this weekend..
Well unfortunately I wasn't able to weigh myself this weekend... my car is in the shop and I'm stuck at home today, with no scale. But I'll go with 122, that's what it was the last time.

Why are we here?
We need some outside motivation in order to get moving and get in shape. We will record daily what we eat and what we do to be active, and we will have a weekly weigh-in (yikes!).

I don't have a scale so I have been waiting until my Wednesday WW meeting for my weekly weight. But I've been meaning to get a scale, so now I will.
