First off - Welcome Ellen! I'm glad you've joined the "club" .... I think you'll be amazed at how much it really helps to just be accountable and more aware of your food and exercise choices.
Okay -
B: the usual
L: quiche, banana, gatorade
S: rice cake w/ peanut butter and blueberries
D: gonna have half a grilled cheese sandwich, salad, and soup
D: 100 calorie pudding
I think Ellen has a good idea of setting a monthly goal, not necessarily of weightloss, but of behaviors and choices. So my goal for this month is to eat at least one piece of fruit a day. I know that doesn't sound like much, and I've actually been doing okay with it recently, but I tend to eat a lot of salad and stuff but not fruit. So I'm bringing a piece to work each day. Once I get a fridge in my classroom I'll be able to keep more stuff at school.
So ladies, what are your goals?
