The Weekend

Weighed in and lost .8 LBS. I'm so glad I did not gain.
Saturday
Breakfast/Lunch - 2 sugar free jelly crapes & 2 pieces of bacon (13 points?)
Dinner - 1 chicken enchilata, rice, & noodle soup (9 points?)
Anytime - 3 light beers & 2 glasses of wine (10 points)
Went way over my points for the day, but I was helping family move and earned a lot of activity points.

Sunday
Breakfast - scrambled egg substitute, 2 pices of bacon, alternative blueberry bagel with jelly (6 points)
Snack - chips & 2 pickel spears (2 points)
Lunch - grapes, 2 cheese wedges, 4 crackers, 4 olives, glass of wine (7.5 points)
Dinner - soup and a glass of wine (4 points)
Snack - popcorn, canberry & vodka (3 points)
Another snack (oh no!) 2 cookies & a glass of milk (6 points)
Went into my weekly points - darn cookies
