So, both today and yesterday, Mark and I slept in a bit, so I haven't eaten all that much, which is good.
Saturday:
B: Zachary's - 1 piece french toast, fruit, scrambled eggs, mimosa, coffee
D: homemade small cheeseburger and baked fries. The fries were yummy - just olive oil, spices, and baked!
D: 100 calorie pudding
Sunday:
B: half bagel w/ creamcheese, OJ, coffee
S: small bowl of cereal
D: Japanese: yam tempura roll, miso
D: I'll probably have another 100 cal. pudding

If you want to mix things up, you can also roast yams in the same way. very tasty!
