So, yeah, I don't know what it is with me and setting goals, most none weight related goals I have attained, and I am proud of that...but for some reason, the diet ones seem to go down the drain...last night I was exhausted when I went to sleep, woke up hungry, ate a bar I kept in my room, to not go to kitchen, but went to the kitchen and had ceral anyways...ahhh...that sucks, so I think the total points lost was 8..so 25 -8= 17 points left for the day, then I had 2 pts in ceral, and coffee which get's me at 15 pts, and it's only 9.40am, I am hungry, and am gonna be around food in a bit..but well I am proud of my gnarly work out yesterday which I am super sore from, and really do want to stick with this..oh geez...well just the mid morning update, will fill you all in the rest later...peace
