temptations

Wednesday:
B: apple, coffee
L: french fries
D: vegetable-tofu stir fry over asian noodles (wheat)
Exercise: 2 hrs yoga

Thursday:
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich with cheese and veggies, cup of creamy tomato soup
S: blueberries, cheese crackers, dangerous chocolate covered pretzels
S: soy late
D: nachos (chicken, beans, cheese, salsa)
D: yogurt, more pretzels
E: a lot of running around with the kids

I dont know why I bought the pretzels - I knew they were too good. I am slipping a bit, I have been temped by so many sweets and greasy things...I almost ate the cupcakes I was to bring to the kids I was watching. The good news is that I didn't steal sweets from the kids - but I so wanted to, so I got my own chocolate. Next time I will have to choose something that comes with only one portion.
I am officially on spring break now and my goal for the week is to get my self moving a bit every day. The yoga's great, but the once a week is not cutting it. I have not gained any weight but the tone I had has faded and my goal here is to drop some pounds. Today is day one, lets see how I do...

i'm on spring break too! let's get together a few times next week for a walk or something. my schedule is very open... call me!

oh ya, I bought peanut butter filled chocholate covered pretzels from TJ, they killed me, and I just threw away the bag at one point, after I like ate em all...

Hershey's makes a 100 calorie Chocolate Pretzel Bar that's very good. 2 in a package. I like the individually packaged snacks as I am not tempted to eat the whole bag/box.
