Darn I really wanted to start posting regularly. Starting today!
Wednesday
B- coffee, cereal
L- salad, apple sauce, pringles (1/2 serving)
S- handful of pretzles, Snack Wells cookie
D- Mexican w/ Alyssa (that was fun... we should try and do that more often) fluatas, rice and beans, margarita, chips and salsa. I think I did good eating out. I left about half of the food on my plate stopping before I got too full.
E- 54 mins 6,455 a.s.
Planning a good walk today to help my weigh in tomorrow. I was telling Alyssa that I think I need to vary my exercise cuz I don't think the walks are helping me lose much more weight. Even though its better than nothing. So I bought a jump rope and will start doing that too.
Thursday
B- coffee, cereal
L- hot dog, baby carrots, pringles (1/2 serving)
S- trail mix
D- plans for dinner grilled chicken cesar pita
E- 7,066 steps Yay! which was 3.2 miles... Oh and I stretched out and did sit ups before my walk

Good idea on the jump rope! I think that it burns about 3 times more calories than walking. Maybe I will get one too...
yes, jump ropes are amazing..also as I was telling Caitlin and Alyssa if you could do some weight training, even getting 8lb weights will increase the amount of calories you burn and = more weight lost. good job on only eating 1/2 the portion...
Yeah it burns a lot more. 15 mins of jumping rope burns about 150-200 calories. And I think a set of weights is my next purchase.
nice let me know where you see them cheap. :) at target they are like 12 a weight and I want to find em a little cheaper...maybe craigslist has em cheap...
I got one set of weights at Play it Again Sports and my other from Big 5 (on sale), both affordable.
