1-week hiatus

Yay for Rosie being back! Lyssa, thanks for the birthday wishes!

Sorry I missed you guys last week -- though I did catch up on your posts just now. I accidentally took a week off from blogging just like I accidentally took a week off from good health choices. I really do think my downfall is after 5 or 6pm. I can be very excellent until then, but after that I just crash and burn sometimes. So, last week and this weekend involved some pizza, chocolate strawberries, champagne, tempura (yum), taco bell (yuck), and just an overall lack of portion control on my healthy options. I don't think my week of hell at work helped my discipline, either.

What I am doing to get back on track: 1) Not give in to the guilt, 2) Other things I have not yet figured out...

At least if you're being good throughout the day, the bad choices at night won't be as detremental,right? Not that that's a good way to justify it, but you should still be proud of the good choices you do make during the day :)
