on the road again,
off to arizona!! but will be back sometime this week, and gonna stick to it and see a weight loss :) I ran past 2 days and have been eating OK...ttys :)

Why are we here?
We need some outside motivation in order to get moving and get in shape. We will record daily what we eat and what we do to be active, and we will have a weekly weigh-in (yikes!).
