Friday

B: yogurt w/ granola, NF vanilla latte
S: tiger's milk bar
L: Eating Right ravioli
D: a handful of fries, 1/2 turkey club sandwich, 2 lemondrops, 1/2 beer

Gonna try to get in some exercise this weekend. Next weekend Mark and I are doing the Human Race, but don't be fooled, we're walking it.  Altogether it's 10 miles, so it could be a little tiring, but it's for a good cause! Any one want to join us?

Have you been a bit lite on your fruits and veggies recently? Maybe they are tucked into your meals?

there was fruit with that yogurt for breakfast, just forgot to post it :)
and lettuce and tomatoe in the sandwich? i know, that's a stretch.
