So I'm not feeling too good about my weigh in tomorrow. Feeling "heavy" though my eating has been pretty good. I've totally been into salads too Dawn! But we'll see.
B- NF vanilla latte, apple sauce
S- pistachios, fried egg, half a bagel
L- taco salad
D- grilled chicken cesar pita, couple french fries
E- 43 min. 4,692 steps

Thanks! My thoughts are that I'm not eating that good of a breakfast anymore cuz I get up at like 5. And because my schedule is all changed up, I haven't been keeping up with my water intake.
