B- cereal, coffee
S- baby carrots, trail mix
L- grilled cheese sandwhich, cup of potato zuchini soup from the other night
D- salad, pesto pasta
E- 100 sit ups, 3,385 aerobic steps 30 min walk and jump rope
Forgot what I had for much of the weekend. But I was pretty good food wise and I went on that LONG hike with Alyssa on Saturday. I need to be better about posting though! Oh and for my weigh in Friday... I lost another pound! =)
