Friday

banana, coffee
quesadilla with a bit of hummus
smoothie -yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, oj
miso soup with tofu, mushrooms, green onions, and buckwheat noodles
cookies and some licorice (1 serving of each)

weights, ab and leg work-out, 30 min walk

I have such a sweet tooth right now that I had 2 of my 5 mini cookies while I was making dinner.

A while ago I was on salad eating craze where I would eat a small salad before my meal, and now I can't convince myself to make one - even when I have all the ingredients on hand. They just seem to sound/taste better when someone else makes it. I don't know what my hesitations are about....

I haven't tried a quesadillo with hummus... what kind of cheese? that's definitely a better choice than sour cream.

good job on the weights...now that I preched it I better use mine more..or rather do them at the gym more...or buy a set. where did you get yours??

I like the sharp cheddar with the hummus, it brings a little more flavor to a quick snack.

I got my weights at Big 5 and Play It Again Sports in Soquel, they were decent deals.

nice. will go there and check them out. so i went crazy on sweets too...drink water, wait your probbaly drink more then me, and also EAT YOUR SALADS:) HIDE THOSE COOKIES
