Saturday:
B: 1 piece french toast w/ syrup, cup of fruit, scramble egg, mimosa, coffee
D: hamburger, handful of fries (baked)
Ds: 1 piece apple pie w/ vanilla ice cream
Sunday:
B: blueberry bagel w/ cream cheese, coffee
D: steak (size of a deck of cards which I've heard is the proper portion), scoop of mashed potatoes, 2 small pieces of bread, cup of fruit, glass of white wine
Both days were a late breakfast, hence the no lunch
Mark and I went to the gym today!! I only lasted on the eliptical for 10 minutes, but then did some arm and ab work. Now that my schedule is lightening up, I think I'll be able to make it to the gym more.
Dawn, come to my house this week so we can work out together!!
