going to work out with trainer :) walk around SF and go out with friend...trying to save points for tonight...but already hungry and it is only 10.30am....good news is exercise will give me more points, but already scared about this weekend as I am going to be around lots of yummy food and yummy people...girls,check me before I wreckme..
ok, so thursday update, from Monday...
so I think I did OK, I worked out with trainer, did 110 push-ups, 50 pull ups, and then about 155 squats, and ran 1 mile, it was good...
went to INdian, didn't over eat, but then wanted to get some freaking donuts, cause even when you hang out with the coolest sweetest people, some couples make me want to eat...so, yes I thought about donuts for days..but I didn't stop. and feel good about it now..yes had some hot coco, and fiber, I am trying to limit my desserts to that..I notice with food when I am by myself and stay structered it really helps me not go off and binge...ok, so that was the update...
