Been absent for a while, let's see if I can remember the past couple days...
Tuesday
B- coffee, yogurt, fruit, granola
L- tamale
S- I think I sancked on some trail mix while at work
D- garlic herb chicken, cous cous, asparagus
Ds- cookie and ice cream (100- 150 cals or so)
E- 25 min walk and 100 sit ups
Wednesday
B- coffee, half english muffin, fried egg, fruit
L- 6 in turkey sandwhich from Subway, a couple chips, strawberries, passion tea lemonade
D- a bowl of homemade potato, zucchini and ham soup with a salad, slice of sourdough
Thursday so far
B- coffee, cereal, fruit

Hey girls quick question! How do I make my posts have pretty colors and stuff?
Update:
So another day with no walk (Bad Nicole) but I did vacuum the house
L- leftover turkey meatballs, a few potatoes and green beans
S- a few pretzles and a cookie
D- salad and half a tamale (those are all gone now... Thank god! They were so good and always seemed to be calling my name)

Wow, just thinking of 100 sit ups makes my stomach sore ;)
To change font color/size, etc: When you do your posts make sure you are using the "Compose" tab, not the "Edit HTML" tab. To write in a different color click on the "T" with a little color palette icon in the row above the place where you type and just select the color you want :)
