ok, so I think I have avoided night eats, thur, fri, sat and now sun...wait, that is four!! ya..and today is weigh in day...a little scared but I can do it....
ok, so not sure where i last left off...but here it goes...
mid day Saturday
ran 30 minutes, walked 20 and did some legs and arms..

I think that's it...had a bar for breakfast. with coffee, but I think I already posted...

went to 1 year olds bday and avoided most temptations! ya dawn..didn't eat the cake til 1/2 a piece later...and avoided most things, had chips 3

so I wasn't amazing on Sunday, but I did check myself a few times..and didn't drink anything all weekend, well a sip of smirnoff, but I don't think those even have alcohol..lol...
Monday

went to starbucks, order pastry, the cinnamon rolls have been calling to me..but only ate the top 1/2 so that was good of me... (the whole thing is 370 calories, I think I had about 150 of them? and maybe 6g of fat of it?? so let's say 5 pts...wow, so not worth it...
chicken, rice and beans, 8pts?
went to school, had to deal with annoying teacher and wanted to eat more bready/pastries but I resisted and went to the gym, felt proud of myself for resisting!!
going to work out, weigh in and eat salad...
worked out like insane for about an hour...
protien shake 2 pts
at 19 points, it is only 4.30, still got to weigh-in, eck! and eat a real dinner...hmmm...resist the urge to over eat after I weigh in..scared to see the number....

hmmm, ate too much later in the day...eck...I am thinking of cutting out sweets, it seems like once i have one I have millions...crap...
