planning on eating yummy salad for dinner..been liking that lately...
will walk or go to gym for exercise, little sore from paddling, so not sure.. went on an hour walk.

so at 21 pts, have 4 left? which is tough because I have a sweet tooth..will shower, brush my teeth..and try to just stay at 4. I can do this!
