ya! no eating last night..and went to target but decided to skip on the shoes, don't love them soo much and should limit my income as I am retiring...

will work out with trainer, go paddle..and stay in points today!!

that's it... so 24 pts for the day! good job, so much easier to stay in points when I don't eat at night..why don't I remember this at night??

exercise update, trainer cancelled went to gym for about 90minutes and worked out hard..
