crap...I so woke up and ate after not doing it for a week or so,....ok, no more...

will work out, weigh-in and stay happy..feeling a little freaked out about work stuff...so my goal is to resist eating to appease that stress, it will only stress me out more...

went to WW lost 1 lb! ya!!
see throwing away those cookies did help..

gonna get some fro yo with jonny and girl...and that's all folks..
